I'm definitely not rooting for Kingsolver -- I really hated Flight Behavior -- and I love when lesser known authors get the boost!Audrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07511122937603890352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918892767071973314.post-36263756237160370292013-03-14T10:05:13.081-04:002013-03-14T10:05:13.081-04:00I loved Lamb and The Light Between Oceans. It's sort of a quiet, thoughtful read about what motherhood/parenthood really means and the lengths people will go through to keep what they believe is theirs. It's one of those books where there is no "right" answer once the characters have gone past a certain point. And it's beautifully written.

Plus, it's set in a lighthouse in Australia- can't get much more exotic than that for me :) Jennifer Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00067693610244872692noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918892767071973314.post-14887550031729646212013-03-13T11:38:00.019-04:002013-03-13T11:38:00.019-04:00My vote is for Bring Up the Bodies, though Gone Gi...My vote is for Bring Up the Bodies, though Gone Girl is a close second!Zibileehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07443338685890187334noreply@blogger.com
