I'm dying to read Round House by Louise Erdrich (who I love), but I really did not like her last book, so I'm a little hesitant. I'm glad to hear The Last Runaway lived up to your expectations! It's already on my TBR, but maybe I'll move it up to the top.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08747505196381832826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918892767071973314.post-48275366235192483482013-01-06T12:09:33.127-05:002013-01-06T12:09:33.127-05:00Leslie, I'll be curious how you find the audio...Leslie, I'll be curious how you find the audio!nomadreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04795144320842413060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918892767071973314.post-37535185139273760652013-01-06T12:09:11.688-05:002013-01-06T12:09:11.688-05:00Thanks for the tip, Jenny! I tried reading The Virgin Blue, but that one somehow didn't work for me, and I have Remarkable Creatures and Lady and the Unicorn (apologies for any spelling mistakes as I have Dutch editions of some of these - come to think of it, that might be why Virgin Blue doesn't work for me) on the TBR. I'm particularly excited about those latter two. And this one sounds really interesting as well. A book about a Quaker woman? Could be right up my alley.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
