I do remember that I enjoyed it at the time. That being said, I seem to recall that it wasn't as satisfying as I had hoped. I am an adopted child myself and so these storylines are interesting to me. And we have two nieces who were adopted from China. They are precious girls and we love them dearly, but life has not been entirely wonderful for that family. I think it is hard when you look so much different from your parents. The girls are young women now, late teens and early 20's. Their mother has tried to keep them connected as much as she could with their birth culture. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
